Prohibited Content
You may NOT generate designs depicting:
- Violence & Harm: Gore, weapons, violence, self-harm, suicide
- Hate & Discrimination: Slurs, racism, sexism, homophobia, discrimination
- Exploitation: Child safety violations, trafficking, abuse
- Sexual Content: Explicit sexual material, pornography, erotic content
- Illegal Activity: Drug manufacturing, hacking, fraud, theft
Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Infringe IP Rights: Generate designs of copyrighted characters, branded logos, or patented designs without permission
- Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or represent products/services falsely
- Harass: Target, threaten, or harm other users
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages or abuse the Service
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to copy, extract, or access Service code/data
- Overload: Deliberately crash or disable the Service
- Fraud: Make false payments or chargeback claims
Enforcement
Automated Detection
We use automated systems (OpenAI Moderation API) to detect prohibited content before generation.
Human Review
- Flagged designs are reviewed by our team
- Appeals of removals are reviewed within 10 business days

Consequences
First Violation: Warning + design removal
Repeated Violations: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
Egregious Violations: Permanent account termination
Fair Use
We recognize legitimate uses:
- Educational jewelry design prototyping
- Portfolio building and inspiration
- Artistic expression (non-explicit)
- Manufacturing research and development

Copyright & Trademark
You are responsible for ensuring your designs don't infringe:
- Copyright: Character designs, illustrations, written content
- Trademark: Brand names, logos, distinctive marks
- Right of Publicity: Famous people's likenesses without permission
- Patents: Design patents and utility patents
We are not liable for your copyright/trademark infringement.
