No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Once you submit a design generation request and credits are consumed, the designs are immediately generated and delivered to your account.

Because designs are instantly consumed and cannot be reversed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

Failed or unsatisfactory generations
User error or scope changes
Change of mind
Accidental purchases

Charges are processed immediately upon design request submission.

Free Tier

The free tier provides 150 one-time credits at no cost. Free credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Paid Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds for partial billing periods
Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at Ryan@RyanB.NYC with your transaction details. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.

Service Outages

If a sustained outage (24+ hours) prevents you from using credits you've purchased, contact Ryan@RyanB.NYC to discuss credit restoration on a case-by-case basis.
